for requesting a certified copy of the document issued in Ukraine

(including Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions)

After filling out and submitting the order form, a notification will be sent to your email with the information of service terms. The standard period for obtaining a copy of the document from Civil registry department (vital records) is 2-4 working days.

Please take into consideration that we obtain the certified copies of documents from the registers and archives of the civil registry department and Courts in Ukraine, on state letterheads of Ukraine and with the seals of the state authorities.

Certified copies of documents contain exactly the same information which was entered in the record by the state registrar at the moment of record filing, including spelling of the names, nationality, parents, etc.

If you specified the country for which document is needed, we will also indicate the terms and conditions for the complete preparation of the document.
